Clitoral hood reduction

Clitoral hood reduction (CHR) or clitoral unhooding is a procedure which reduces the size  and area of the prepuce (clitoral hood). 

CHR aimed to improve the sexual life. It is most often performed together with labiaplasty.

Hood reduction commonly continues the labial excision line.

It can also be separate, if the anatomic area of hood hypertrophy does not connect  directly with the area of labial reduction.

In rare cases  hood size reductions are performed without labial reduction.
